INTRODUCING OUR NEW ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM

In an effort to provide you with the tools necessary to serve your clients more effectively, we are thrilled to announce the launch of our newly revamped online booking system as of Tuesday, February 7th. With valuable feedback from our travel partners, we have fine-tuned the booking process through our Travel Agent Website with easier navigation, better visibility and a more user friendly interface.
Some of the new features that will help travel providers manage their bookings with ease is the ability to change and choose accommodation type, book multiple rooms and request upgrades, all online. We have also introduced a new tool that offers pre and post customization, where travel professionals can expand packages with additional hotel nights. Another feature that will make for a better process is a detailed itinerary that is made available as bookings are being made. This can help save valuable time spent researching our website or brochure.
In addition, we would also like to introduce our new “Tools” section, giving you added convenience to check our 2 day rail availability live and Cruise Match, which aids in perfectly matching a Rocky Mountaineer package to any Alaskan cruise departing from Vancouver, BC or Seattle, WA.
We will be sending you further correspondence with more details on how to use the new online booking system prior to our launch early next week.
